Understanding and attracting senior talent in India requires strong focus and more importantly close interaction between all stakeholders. Longhouse strongly prefers to work with its clients on an exclusive basis through its retained engagement model. We also provide our Executive Consulting Services to our clients as part of our retained engagement model.

Longhouse's clients have access to not only our relationships and recruitment expertise but also to our ability to customize recruitment strategies for each organization's unique requirements to provide them the most suited executive candidates. Our engagement model is described below and we are glad to customize this to suit the specific requirements of our clients. At Longhouse, we believe an executive search is most effective when it is extremely focused and hence we strongly prefer to engage with our clients through an exclusive and retained model. The following two philosophies govern our pricing models, which can be customized to the needs of our clients.

  • Fixed Fee: At Longhouse we believe in working with a client on a fixed fee retainer model to ensure that all stakeholders are focused on the overall quality and fitment of the executive to a particular role and not on the compensation components or the cost of acquiring the executives.
  • Success based incremental retainers: This hybrid model, which brings together the philosophies of retainers and success based pricing models, enables us to help our clients minimize the risk of huge front loaded costs in the anticipation of success. We work closely with our clients to set key milestones during the entire engagement and incremental retainers are paid by the clients for each phase on the basis of the success achieved in the previous phase.
