Before Longhouse consulting, Krishna had a fast paced career at Dell Research & Development Center in Bangalore, where he played key engineering leadership and program management roles working on multiple enterprise and storage software products. Being one of the earliest employees of Dell, R&D Krishna also played many "intra-preneurial" roles in setting up various tools and process to improve distributed development and coordination amongst international teams and vendors.

Krishna holds a B.E(Hons) in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani and an M.B.A from INSEAD where he specialized in entrepreneurship. Krishna is a theatre enthusiast and runs an amateur theatre group in Bangalore called "Version One Dot Oh!" and has directed over 30 shows of 8 different plays in Bangalore and outside. Krishna continues to be actively involved in many social initiatives and is on the Board of two social enterprises, Dream a Dream (Bangalore) and HuaDan(Beijing, China).
